I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The ambiance is soothing, which helps to calm any nerves you might have about visiting the dentist. Dr. Morris was very thorough in explaining my dental health situation and took the time to answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. He has a gentle touch and is quite skilled at what he does, which made the whole experience much more pleasant than I expected. I had a couple of fillings done, and honestly, it was as comfortable as it could be. Plus, the hygienist gave me some great tips on how to maintain my oral hygiene better. The only minor feedback I have is that the waiting time was a bit longer than I would have liked, but it was clear they were busy, which speaks to their popularity. I had my first appointment at this dental clinic yesterday, and I was pleasantly surprised by how pleasant the experience was! The waiting area was clean and inviting, and the staff greeted me with warm smiles. Dr. Morris is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the procedures I needed in a way I could understand. I was particularly impressed with the technology they use; it felt very modern and up-to-date. He made sure to check in with me throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. One small suggestion would be to have a clearer sign-in procedure, as it wasn’t immediately obvious where I was supposed to go upon entering. Nevertheless, it’s a minor detail in an otherwise wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be returning for my check-ups and would recommend this place to friends and family!
